& Training Specialist

Dr. Dani M. Willcutt is a Training Specialist for the Omeka platforms with the Corporation for Digital Scholarship. She also works privately as a historical consultant, and designs digitally-based and publicly-accessible Cultural Heritage, Archival and Historical Projects. She holds an M.A. in Gastronomy from Boston University and received her Ph.D. from Michigan State University where she wrote a dissertation examining issues in the labor dynamics of the Restaurant Industry.
